At Swest Kicks, we aim to ensure that every customer receives the correct product in the condition described. Please read our returns, refunds and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.

Due to the exclusive and limited nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has been confirmed. We do not accept change-of-mind returns, size swaps or exchanges where the correct item has been supplied as ordered.

Many of the sneakers, streetwear, clothing and accessories we offer are limited releases, sourced items, consignment-based products or high-demand pieces. For this reason, we strongly recommend confirming your size, product details and order information before completing checkout.

Damages, Errors & Order Issues

If your item arrives incorrect, damaged or not as described, please contact our team within 48 hours of receiving your order. You can contact us via email at: info@swestkicks.co.za. 

Please include your order number, full name, contact details and clear photos of the item and packaging so that our team can assess the issue as quickly as possible. Once your case has been reviewed, our team will get back to you with the next steps and work to resolve the matter in line with applicable consumer protection requirements.

Exchanges & Store Credit

Returns, exchanges or refunds are only granted in limited circumstances after assessment by our team. Where an issue qualifies for a return, exchange or refund, Swest Kicks may offer a replacement, exchange or online store credit, depending on the nature of the issue and product availability.
